This depends on how you like your coffee, but generally our Dark Roast offers a deep, nutty flavour, our Medium Roast brings a well-rounded, balanced acidity, and our Light Roast has subtle notes of melon, a citrus acidity and light floral crispness. Our blends will give you a combination of all of these, depending on your ratios.
If you're unsure about which to go for, try our sample taster packs to find out which flavour is your favourite.
We offer a Dark, Medium and Light roast, created by roasting at different temperatures for different lengths of time. Whilst the amount of caffeine is the same for all roasts, the flavour profile is different: from bold and robust (Dark) to smooth and mild (Medium), to tangy and sweet (Light).

The coffee is packaged in strong, heat-sealed, re-sealable foil zip lock bags. These come in 3 weight options:
Our coffee is shipped to you in re-sealable zip lock bags for easy storage. The bags have a one-way valve to let roasting gasses escape, but prevent air from entering. Alternatively, you can store your coffee in an airtight container.
Coffee is best stored in the pantry, away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend storing your coffee in the fridge or freezer, as it can absorb odours from other items and/or cause the beans to crack.
